There’s a trust deficit in the insurance category. Lots of people think insurers will do anything they can to avoid paying a claim. That’s where Zurich is different. In 2017, they paid out on 99% of claims made by their customers.
Our campaign made a virtue of this market-leading position. It ran extensively across OOH, press and radio. It also provided a powerful platform for sales teams to present Zurich as company that’s determined to do right by people. Midway through the campaign, our client triumphantly phoned to tell us their conversion rate had jumped by 40%.
